Dave retired early after a long career in finance. He is a qualified wine maker and has made wine in Australia, France and New Zealand. He is a avid runner and 3-4 times a week will get a long run in. He completed his first marathon in 2015 and feels most at peace when he is hiking in nature. He loves to cook and tasting different foods from around the world is a passion. Climbing to Base Camp on Mt Everest is top of his bucket list.

Karena is a qualifed teacher with 4 degrees in education. She has visited schools all over the world and retired from her role as Principal at the end of 2022 . She is an entreprener, and has set up many enterprises over the years. She is a reiki practitioner and in her spare time she loves to spend time amongst nature. Visting Antartica is top of her bucket list.
